Cresta is seeking an AI Agent Engineer to design, implement, and deploy advanced AI agents on our unified platform. You will work closely with customers and a skilled team of software and ML engineers to deliver high-impact deployments.

You will integrate agents with external systems, optimize performance, and translate business needs into technical requirements. Strong coding skills in Python and Golang, plus cloud/DevOps experience, are essential for success.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of full-time software development/AI engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and Golang with clean, efficient code.
• Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
• Experience integrating AI agents with APIs, databases, CRMs, and data pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• AI Agent development: build, configure, deploy, and optimize agents on Cresta’s platform.
• System integration: connect agents with external systems to enable seamless workflows.
• Performance optimization: fine-tune prompts/configs and troubleshoot in complex environments.
• Requirements gathering: translate business needs into AI agent requirements with customers.
• Demos & iteration: present proofs-of-concept and refine solutions based on feedback.
• Project coordination: define milestones and execution plans across teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with PMs/engineers to align goals and product capabilities.
• Technical guidance: advise on architecture, security, and scalability best practices.
