Job summary

Wattleup Tractors, a long‑established family‑owned dealership for Massey Ferguson and other brands, seeks an experienced Service/Workshop Manager to lead its busy service centre in Kewdale. You will manage mechanics, drive service quality, and build strong client relationships across agricultural equipment.

Ideal candidates will have agricultural workshop experience, strong leadership, CRM proficiency, and a commitment to high standards.

Qualifications

Experience in the maintenance and repair of Agricultural Equipment.
Ability to test, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical components in accordance with established product standard.
Ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external customers.
Strong team leadership skills including interpersonal, communication, time management and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of mechanics in a busy workshop.
Provide ongoing leadership and management of the workshop Service Centre.
Establish and maintain excellent business relationships with our clients and customers.
Actively engage in day-to-day workshop operation.
Engage with service strategies and processes, to increase business productivity and maintain consistent national standard practices.
