Responsibilities

• Develop, lead and execute business development strategy across existing and new-to-bank broker-introduced customers, including agribusiness.
• Work with lending support and deal structuring specialists to prepare business lending proposals.
• Analyse business and industry information and manage ongoing portfolio.
• Initiate solutions to stimulate customer growth in the local market and implement yearly plans.
• Support local area performance via customer advocacy and financial metrics.
