Job summary

DFP Recruitment seeks an EL1 Delivery Manager (Labour Hire) to lead multiple scrum teams delivering large ICT projects for the NDIA in Australia. The role demands deep agile expertise, risk resolution, and coordination across teams under broad direction.

You will support team leadership, manage sprint planning, governance, and ensure alignment with the NDIA’s objectives to build a world-leading National Disability Insurance Scheme.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering complex projects using Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SAFe within large programs, preferably government.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to prep user stories for sprints.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate multiple scrum teams in an agile project environment.
• Manage scope and timeline via sprint and release planning.
• Coordinate sprints and retrospective meetings including daily stand-ups.
• Support product owners with backlog management and new requests.
• Guide design teams to higher scrum maturity.
• Foster a productive environment with accountable team members.
• Oversee governance, stage gates and reporting against agency frameworks.
• Coach team members in agile frameworks and scrum practices.
