DFP Recruitment seeks an EL1 Delivery Manager (Labour Hire) to lead multiple scrum teams delivering large ICT projects for the NDIA in Australia. The role demands deep agile expertise, risk resolution, and coordination across teams under broad direction.

The EL1 Delivery Manager (Labour Hire) is accountable under broad direction to undertake very complex work that delivers quality outcomes for the delivery of large ICT projects for the NDIA.
The EL1 Delivery Manager (Labour Hire) will be part of a project team and requires the ability to resolve issues and risks across a broad range of activities of substantial depth and significant detail. The role requires providing support to the team leadership of their work area in the planning and coordination of the team. The role is required to coordinate and assume responsibility to undertake detailed or sensitive projects that may include performing varied activities involving many different and unrelated processes or methods that may impact on the strategic or operational outcomes that support the NDIA’s objectives to “build a world-leading National Disability Insurance Scheme”.
The EL1 Delivery Manager (Labour Hire) will be leading and co-ordinating scrum teams and Agile practices.
Rate:
The proposed rate should reflect candidate's skills and experience against the Evaluation Criteria. Candidates that do not demonstrate these criteria will not be assessed. Candidates should be aware that rates may be negotiated further as part of the selection process.
Citizenship:
As part of the eligibility and suitability requirement, NDIA seeks Labour Hire Workers who are Australian citizens only. Successful candidates will be required to furnish valid evidence of citizenship during the Pre-engagement Check.
Labour Hire Licence:
Applicable for ACT, VIC and QLD: Labour hire licences are required in the state that specified personnel are being contracted.
