Job summary

The EL1 DevOps Engineer (Labour Hire) role supports NDIA initiatives from Australia. You will lead complex DevOps tasks with a high degree of autonomy, guiding senior leadership with strategic advice and problem solving.

You will work closely with our local full-stack team and key stakeholders to drive project development, manage critical relationships, and promote NDIA objectives across forums.

Responsibilities

• Prioritising and managing the work queue to ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.

The EL1 DevOps Engineer (Labour Hire) operates under broad direction to lead highly complex initiatives that drive quality outcomes across the NDIA. This position requires a high level of autonomy and expertise, engaging in advanced problem-solving and issue management within the organisation's core functions. The role will involve making strategic decisions and providing high-level advice and support to senior leadership.

The EL1 DevOps Engineer (Labour Hire) will collaborate closely with key business stakeholders and our local full-stack team to support and enhance project development within the NDIA. The role is also responsible for managing critical internal and external stakeholder relationships, representing, and negotiating on behalf of the NDIA to promote the agency's objectives across various forums.
