Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments. You’ll work with a Deployment Strategist to co-create solutions that go live from day one, handling configuration, customization, and full-stack deployment.

You should have 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, strong Python/JavaScript/Java/Apex skills, and hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering. Some travel (~25%) is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience delivering customer-facing technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Design agent intelligence, prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integration with customer systems.
• Own technical components end-to-end from architecture to production.
• Build data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
• Ship and validate outputs; maintain dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Co-build with customers and partners, sharing best practices and enablement.
