Reporting to the Head of Aged Care, the Aged Care Lead provides senior operational leadership across our Aged Care programs, including Support at Home and CHSP services.
You'll be responsible for translating strategic priorities, aged care reform requirements and care governance expectations into sustainable, high-quality service delivery outcomes.
Leading across service delivery, workforce capability, quality, risk, financial performance and continuous improvement, you'll work closely with leaders across Care Management, Clinical, Scheduling, Customer Service and other key functions to ensure operational excellence and a consistent client experience.
A key focus of the role will be supporting Care Connect's continued growth under Support at Home while maintaining service quality, workforce readiness and long-term sustainability.
You are a values-driven and commercially aware leader who thrives in complex environments and enjoys balancing client outcomes, quality expectations and operational performance.
You bring a deep understanding of aged care service delivery and a passion for supporting teams to deliver safe, sustainable and person-centred care.
