Job summary

Facility Manager role at E4 People oversees a large residential aged care home in Keilor, VIC. You will lead day-to-day operations, deliver excellent resident outcomes and ensure strong financial and workforce performance.

The successful candidate will provide hands-on leadership, build a high-performing multidisciplinary team, drive governance, compliance and continuous improvement, and partner with regional leaders to meet organisational objectives.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in residential aged care.
• Experience with budgeting, occupancy and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of clinical governance and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operations and performance of the residential aged care home.
• Provide strong leadership across clinical, operational, workforce and support functions.
• Drive a positive, resident-focused culture and high standards of care.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, occupancy, workforce and operational metrics.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, performance management and leadership development.
• Oversee quality, compliance, risk and governance requirements.
• Build relationships with residents, families, staff and external stakeholders.
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with regional and senior leadership to deliver organisational objectives.
