Job summary

E4 People are assisting a not-for-profit provider to find an experienced Facility Manager – Aged Care to lead a Bendigo residential aged care home in Victoria. You will oversee day-to-day operations, clinical governance and person-centred care with a strong, well-supported team.

Applicants with current AHPRA RN registration and proven leadership in aged care will be considered, with relocation support and salary packaging available.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (essential).
• Experience leading a residential aged care home or strong clinical leadership potential.
• Knowledge of the Aged Care Act, Quality Standards, governance and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, staffing and operational risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall operations of the home and ensure high standards of resident care.
• Mentor and develop clinical and non-clinical teams.
• Oversee clinical governance, compliance and quality improvement.
• Manage budgets, occupancy and workforce planning.
• Build relationships with residents, families and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance resident outcomes.
