Juniper is seeking a skilled Cook/Chef to prepare high-quality meals for residents in a Western Australia facility. You will supervise Kitchen Hands, manage stock and orders, and ensure safety and hygiene standards are met, supporting age-specific nutrition needs.

The role requires a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate, and at least 2 years of experience in large-scale meal production. On-site work with competitive pay and penalties.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher.
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (essential).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook/Chef in large-scale meal production.
• Experience in production environments.
• Basic knowledge of dietary nutrition for elderly residents.
• Ability to manage bulk ordering, purchasing, and stock control.
• Strong budgeting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
