Juniper in Western Australia is seeking a Cook/Chef to prepare high-quality, nutritious meals tailored to residents' dietary needs and to supervise Kitchen Hands. You will ensure safe food handling, maintain a clean kitchen, and support efficient stock control in a large-scale meal production environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher.
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook/Chef in large-scale meal production.
• Experience in production environments.
• Basic knowledge of dietary nutrition for elderly residents.
• Ability to manage bulk ordering, purchasing, and stock control.
• Strong budgeting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

This role primarily involves preparing and cooking high-quality, nutritious meals tailored to our residents' dietary needs. You will also supervise a team of catering staff, ensuring that all meals are prepared with exceptional quality and safety standards.
