Toyota Motor Corporation Australia is seeking a Senior Reporting Strategy Specialist to join the Aftersales division in a max term role of 2 years, based in Altona North with flexible work arrangements.

The role leads the development of the Aftersales reporting strategy, defines KPIs, and coordinates scalable reporting solutions across the dealer network to improve data quality and decision-making.

Formación

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Project Management, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• Strong project management and coordination skills for reporting initiatives, milestones and risks.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to interpret data for trends and opportunities.
• Proven ability to develop clear, concise reports, dashboards and presentations for decision-making.
• Experience designing or enhancing KPI frameworks, reporting solutions or BI dashboards.
• Understanding of supply chain, inventory, logistics or retail environments and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement Aftersales reporting strategies and governance.
• Lead Aftersales reporting automation within the Modern Data Platform, from requirements to delivery.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for action.
• Act as trusted reporting SME, guiding stakeholders and report owners.
• Monitor performance against targets and identify improvement actions.
• Stay current with analytics trends and ensure governance and risk compliance.
