Job summary

Xero Limited is seeking an Affiliates Manager to own the strategy and day-to-day management of its global affiliate channel across Xero and Melio. You will nurture publisher relationships end to end and shape campaigns aimed at acquiring new customers and driving lifetime value.

Qualifications

Hands-on affiliate marketing experience at scale.
Experience with Impact or PartnerStack platforms.
Strong tracking, attribution and incrementality knowledge.
Ability to own budgets and hit targets.
Proven stakeholder and publisher relationship skills.
Interest in AI-driven growth tools.

Responsibilities

Own strategy and day-to-day management of the global affiliate channel across Xero and Melio.
Manage publisher relationships end to end and shape campaigns for new customers and lifetime value.
Collaborate with product, data science, engineering, brand and external affiliate agency to bring campaigns to life.
Develop AI-powered tools and automation to scale acquisition.
Oversee tracking and reporting with platforms such as Impact and PartnerStack.
