The Department of Families Fairness and Housing is seeking a Senior Agency Performance and System Support Adviser for the Bayside Peninsula Area. This role focuses on monitoring performance, managing local service agreements, and building relationships with funded organisations to strengthen communities.

You will lead place-based initiatives, develop new projects and service pathways, and ensure effective data collection and reporting under the Agency Monitoring Framework.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents or hold a valid work permit or visa.
• Pre-employment screening will include a national police check and misconduct screening.
• CV and Cover Letter (max 2 pages) outlining suitability to the role in line with the Key Selection Criteria.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate and monitor service agreements for funded organisations against targets and KPIs, and assist reporting interpretation.
• Lead allocated portfolios or complex projects and provide cross-divisional advice as required.
• Conduct CSO liaison visits to support performance monitoring and capacity-building.
