Job summary

The Department of Families Fairness and Housing in Ballarat seeks a Manager APSS to lead the Agency Performance and Systems Support team, monitoring performance and strengthening relationships with funded organisations at a local level. You will drive place-based initiatives to improve resilience, wellness, and community outcomes.

You will work closely with the Principal Partner Area Partnerships and System Capacity to ensure the local service system enhances capacity, access, and responsiveness

Qualifications

• Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams is preferred.
• Knowledge of public sector policy and service delivery is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the APSS team to monitor performance and improve client outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with funded organisations at local levels.
• Coordinate with central program areas to align local delivery with policy and program directions.
