Job summary

The Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) is seeking a Senior Adviser for the Agency Performance and System Support team. You will monitor external service providers and support the implementation of the Agency Monitoring Framework.

You will develop new projects, service pathways and place-based approaches, lead portfolios and run visits to funded organisations to improve performance and capacity-building.

• Negotiate, manage and monitor service agreements for funded organisations against targets and KPIs.
• Lead allocated portfolios and special projects, and provide cross-divisional guidance.
• Visit funded organisations to support monitoring and service development.
