Job summary

UNSW IT is seeking a Principal Adobe Engineer – Digital Solutions to lead enterprise Adobe Platform initiatives at the Kensington campus in NSW. The role focuses on activation, orchestration and personalisation across channels with governance over data and identity.

The position drives Agile delivery, secure scalable solutions, and acts as the university’s technical authority for Adobe platforms, reporting to the Digital Delivery Lead.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification with relevant experience or equivalent competency.
Adobe certification preferred.
Extensive engineering experience with Adobe products and enterprise-scale implementations.
Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python, SQL and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

Provide design, implementation and optimisation of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and CDP.
Define architectural standards and policies for digital platforms.
Perform development testing and define test scenarios.
Collaborate with teams to ensure quality and business outcomes.
