Job summary

Estia Health is seeking a dedicated administrator to support our aged care homes across Australia. You will work closely with the Residential Aged Care Manager and staff to ensure rosters, recruitment, onboarding and smooth daily operations.

A strong focus on quality customer service and accurate records is essential. You’ll handle enquiries, billing support, and general administration, contributing to high-quality, person-centred care across our facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration and support roles.
• Ability to manage rosters and scheduling.
• Strong computer and data skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate rosters in close collaboration with the Residential Aged Care Manager and home staff.
• Assist with staff recruitment and onboarding.
• Provide prompt, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
• Proactively manage enquiries to convert to sales.
• Assist with billing, payroll and stocktake as needed.
• Support the residential aged care manager in daily tasks.
• Maintain all record management systems.

About the Role

You’ll be hugely important in making sure our home runs smoothly – an indispensable helper to ourresidential aged care manager and the facility.

Usually, your day will involve:

• Working closely with the Residential Aged Care Manager and home staff to maintain accurate rosters
• Assisting with staff recruitment and onboarding
• Providing prompt and friendly customer service to both internal and external customers
• Proactively managing the enquiries pipeline to successfully convert enquiries to sales
• Lending a hand with billing, payroll and stocktake
• Providing guidance and mentoring to Administration Officer
• Maintaining all record management systems
• Supporting our residential aged care manager in their daily tasks

You’ll be a people person and problem-solver, with high attention to detail. You’ll also have:

• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
• A qualification in Business Administration or similar (ideally)
• A proven ability to work to deadlines and work in fast-paced environment
• Solid computer and data skills
• Previous experience in Aged Care (ideally)
• Previous experience in rostering (ideally)
