JetBlack is an Australian cycling business seeking a finance lead to own daily financial operations. You will manage the general ledger, payroll, BAS/GST, and statutory reporting while partnering with operations to protect working capital.

This role requires hands-on Pronto ERP and MYOB payroll experience, strong cashflow forecasting, and a keen eye for internal controls and risk management. You will report to the CEO in a fast-growing SME.

Qualifications

• SME experience with $20m turnover is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Pronto ERP and MYOB payroll is essential.
• Strong cashflow forecasting, risk management and controls.

Responsabilités

• Maintain general ledger, reconciliations and month-end close.
• Process payroll in MYOB and manage deadlines and records.
• Prepare BAS/GST and support statutory reporting.
• Support monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee AR/AP, debtor collections and supplier payments.
• Reconcile inventory and finance data in Pronto ERP.
• Collaborate with purchasing and operations on stock and working capital.
