Keystone Civil, a boutique civil construction firm based in Geelong, is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Officer to oversee end-to-end AP processes, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure accurate and timely payments. You will work with our finance and operations teams to improve processes, support month-end activities, and uphold our CAN DO, CONNECTED, and COMMITTED culture.

Formación

• Proven experience in senior AP roles within project-based environments.
• Strong reconciliation and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable function, including invoice processing, coding, approvals and payment preparation.
• Process high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and coordinate weekly supplier payment runs.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Ensure invoices and expenses are allocated to correct projects and cost codes.
• Maintain accurate supplier records and compliance with internal processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Manage supplier enquiries and resolve payment or invoice issues proactively.
• Support month-end processes including AP reconciliations and accruals.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve AP efficiency.
• Assist broader finance team with reporting and other tasks as required.
