Qualifications

• This role requires experience in accounts payable and a good understanding of AP processes.
• Experience in construction, engineering, property, or project-based environments is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills are essential.
• Proficiency with ERP or accounting software and intermediate Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Process high-volume supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Manage end-to-end accounts payable functions.
• Match purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
• Prepare and process weekly and monthly payment runs.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to supplier queries professionally and promptly.
• Maintain vendor records and account information.
• Assist with month-end reporting and reconciliations.
• Support project managers and operations with financial administration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
