Job summary

The Lodge Jamberoo Pty is seeking an experienced accounts officer to join our finance team. This high-volume role covers payroll, reconciliations, reporting and bookkeeping across our NSW venues, with support from the Finance Manager. The exact focus will depend on your skills, offering room to grow.

You will work remotely, performing payroll processing, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable and month-end tasks, contributing to timely financial reporting across the group.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of Australian awards, super and STP obligations.
• Proficient in Xero and Excel.
• Ability to work independently with review from Finance Manager.

Responsibilities

• Payroll processing across multiple venues, including timesheets, awards, allowances, super and STP.
• Bank and other account reconciliations.
• Accounts receivable.
• Payroll, finance and management reporting.
• Month-end support and general bookkeeping.
• Querying and resolving discrepancies, and flagging issues early.
