Job summary

360 Partners in Melbourne is seeking a driven Senior Accountant to join our growing team. You’ll partner with Australian SMEs and scale-ups on compliance, tax strategy, advisory, and reporting, using AI-enabled workflows to drive efficiency.

With a 3–6 year track record in public practice, you’ll help shape client outcomes while mentoring junior accountants. This hybrid role offers Camberwell HQ plus remote days and an equity pathway.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in public practice/business services.
• Degree in Accounting/Commerce and CA/CPA (completed or near completion).
• Confidence with Xero / MYOB / QuickBooks and strong communication skills.
• Energy, curiosity, and a drive for innovation and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SMEs and scale-ups on compliance, tax strategy, advisory, and reporting.
• Drive efficiency and accuracy through AI-enabled processes and automation.

What you'll do

• 3–6 years in public practice/business services (SMSF experience a plus not essential).

The package

• $110k–$130k package inclusive of super (commensurate with experience).

• Hybrid working (Camberwell HQ + remote days) and funded PD.
