Omron Electronics S.p.A. in Sydney, AU, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join the NSW team. You will own customer relationships, develop new business opportunities and drive profitable growth across industrial automation and robotics.

Reporting to the State Manager, you will manage an established portfolio, expanding End User business and collaborating with OEMs, System Integrators and End Users. A proactive, results-driven sales professional with technical acumen is required.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience in technical sales, business development or account management within industrial automation or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing opportunities across End Users, OEMs & System Integrators.
• Strong ability to manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Aufgaben

• Develop, support and grow relationships with industrial End Users, identifying opportunities to expand OMRON's presence across their operations.
• Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities while strengthening partnerships with OEMs, System Integrators and other key industry stakeholders.
• Understand customer challenges and recommend tailored automation and robotics solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, opportunity development, proposals, negotiations and closing.
• Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders to build strong relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, product and commercial teams to deliver effective customer solutions.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, accurate forecasts and customer activities through Salesforce (SFDC).
• Achieve sales and profitability targets while staying informed of market trends and emerging technologies.
