Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the swimming pool industry.
• Strong understanding of the pool industry, products, systems, and market dynamics.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Execute business strategies to grow revenue and market share.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Build, manage, and expand long-term relationships with current and new customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy.
• Collaborate closely with BDM, CEO, marketing, and operations teams.
• Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management to CEO.
