The Add Staff Group in Brisbane is seeking a proactive Client Account Manager to join our permanent recruitment division. You will manage client accounts, build strong relationships with hiring managers and deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions.

Working with a dedicated Candidate Resourcer, you will focus on client partnerships, recruitment delivery and identifying opportunities for account growth across our national client base. Flexible, supportive, and performance-driven culture awaits.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain strong long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted recruitment partner
• Source and engage candidates, identifying top talent through various methods
• Deliver exceptional service throughout the recruitment process, keeping clients informed
• Provide ongoing post-placement support to clients and candidates, including regular communication and site visits
• Manage onboarding, coordinating employment contracts and reference checks
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within accounts and target markets
• Keep all database information accurate and up to date
• Create a positive and professional experience for clients and candidates
