Job summary

QMS Media is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead high-impact outdoor advertising campaigns for the City of Sydney. You will drive sales growth, build robust agency and client relationships, and own the entire campaign lifecycle from proposal to close.

You will mentor the team, coach a junior staff, and bring bold digital OOH ideas to market while educating clients on our premium network. This 12-month contract role offers flexible work arrangements and a dynamic, collaborative culture.

• Build rock-solid relationships across agency patches, direct clients, and buying groups to deliver top-tier outdoor media solutions.

• Own campaign and pipeline success from start to finish - crafting winning proposals, forecasting sales, and executing initiatives that close revenue gaps.

• Mentor and empower your team, guiding your Account Coordinator and coaching junior roles to help everyone thrive and hit big goals.

• Be the ultimate CoS specialist, bringing fresh, bold digital OOH ideas to the table and educating the market on our premium network.
