Job summary

Vonage is seeking a Senior Account Manager/Executive for ANZ based in Australia to lead net new business and growth within an existing portfolio. You will drive end-to-end sales cycles, engage with C-level stakeholders, and expand Vonage’s presence in the ANZ market through UCaaS and CCaaS solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud, or communications technology sales.
• Proven track record selling to C-level executives and managing multi-stakeholder accounts.
• Strong understanding of UCaaS and CCaaS platforms.
• Ability to lead multi-stakeholder sales processes across large, matrixed organisations.

Responsibilities

• Target and win net new customers across the ANZ region, building pipeline from scratch through outbound strategy and market mapping.
• Own end-to-end sales cycle from first contact to contract signature with internal teams.
• Drive adoption of UCaaS/CCaaS and grow revenue within existing accounts.
