Job summary

McCormick is seeking a Senior Account Executive for Aldi and Emerging channels. You will work with the Senior Commercial Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver account and category plans that support sustainable growth in the Australian market.

You will oversee NPD projects, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations while coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution and strong commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Commercially astute and proactive with experience in operations support or customer management, ideally within FMCG/food industries.
• Strong analytical capability with sales/forecast data and translating insights into actions.
• Highly organised and detail oriented, able to manage multiple projects and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver account and category-specific business plans across Aldi and emerging channels to drive growth.
• Partner with the Senior Commercial Manager and cross-functional teams to execute plans on time.
• Coordinate NPD projects and conduct data analysis to inform decisions.
• Ensure commercial plans are implemented effectively and drive operational excellence in the Australian Consumer Division.
• Contribute to strong commercial outcomes and maintain high levels of accuracy and collaboration.

Position Overview

The Senior Account Executive – Aldi and Emerging channels plays a pivotal role in the delivery of account and category-specific business plans that drive sustainable growth. Working across Aldi and emerging channels, this role partners with the Senior Commercial Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure commercial plans are executed effectively and on time. With responsibility spanning account management, development of emerging channels, NPD project management and data analysis, the role is integral to delivering strong commercial outcomes and operational excellence for the Australian Consumer Division.

Ideal Candidate

Commercially astute and proactive with some experience in operations support or customer management, ideally within the FMCG or food industry.

Strong analytical capability, confidence working with sales and forecast data, and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Highly organised and detail-oriented, comfort in managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

Strong communication, presentation and relationship building skills whilst driving positive cultural impact.
