MongoDB seeks an Account Executive to join the ANZ team, focused on Digital Native Businesses. You will win new customers and help early adopters expand MongoDB adoption for AI-powered applications, engaging founders, CTOs, and engineering leaders to scale production-grade solutions.

You will work closely with AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft partners, driving growth in a fast-moving environment. Hybrid Sydney-based role with a hunter mindset is ideal.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
• Proven track record of new business acquisition.
• Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with hunter mindset and pipeline-building ability.
• Experience selling into software, fintech, SaaS, AI-native or Digital Native organisations.
