Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Principal Partner Specialist based in Sydney to driveCloud and SI partner strategies across Australia. The role focuses on accelerating deals, expanding partner capabilities, and strengthening MongoDB’s presence with leading partners and our sales teams.

You will recruit and develop strategic partner relationships, build a robust sales pipeline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive pipeline generation and deal progression in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of quota-carrying experience selling through Cloud Partners, SIs and ISVs in a complex sales model.
• Proven ability to articulate business value of enterprise technology.
• Track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Cloud and SI partner strategy across Australia.
• Recruit and develop partner relationships to create growth opportunities.
• Proactively build a sales pipeline through Cloud, Local and Global SIs and ISVs.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Sales to close deals and hit bookings targets.
• Lead engagement with partners to grow sales, pre-sales and delivery capabilities.
