Job summary

Bluebird Recruitment in Sydney is seeking a hungry sales professional to own the full sales cycle for SAAS or fintech solutions. You will be based in our Sydney office 3-4 days per week and report to the sales leadership.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience, a MEDDICC mindset, strong closing ability, and excellent relationship building to own partner networks in ecommerce/wholesale.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years selling full sales cycle across SAAS or fintech.
• Outbound selling experience is important.
• Must be methodical and use MEDDICC framework.

More context;

• Salary range: 190-208K - 60/40% split
• Based in Sydney office 3-4 days per week
• Start date: flexible, ideal is nov 1st, we can pull forward to Oct 1st for the right candidate. October is the end of our busy season, so starting someone then might be tougher on collective training timelines

What we need:

• 2-3 years selling full sales cycle across SAAS or fintech
• Someone young and hungry, with big aspirations to crush their number
• While outbounding will be important, someone who is methodical, fluent in Meddic and a strong closer will be the keys to this role
• In addition, this hire should have impeccable relationship building skills as we want our senior reps to build out and own partners in the ecomm/wholesale space
