Job summary

Ideagen is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our APAC Aviation business from Melbourne. This senior role combines strategic sales leadership with hands-on customer engagement to drive revenue growth across airports and aviation organisations in the APAC region.

You will lead a high-performing sales team, build strong relationships with key airports, and work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Operations to deliver outcomes. Hybrid working in Melbourne is offered.
