This is a senior leadership role combining strategic sales leadership with hands-on customer engagement. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the region, leading a high-performing sales team, and building strong relationships with airports and aviation organisations.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing the APAC Aviation sales team
• Driving new business, account growth, and revenue performance across the region
• Managing strategic customer relationships and complex sales opportunities
• Developing regional sales strategies and forecasts
• Working closely with Customer Success, Product, Sales Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver customer outcomes.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience selling solutions directly to airports.Experience leading and developing sales teams
• Strong understanding of the APAC aviation market and stakeholder landscape
• Track record of managing complex account growth and revenue targets
• Experience using Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and commercial leadership skills
