Cliftons in Perth is seeking a Senior Account and Business Development Manager to own and drive strategic client growth in corporate and government sectors. You will build lasting relationships, identify opportunities, and close complex deals while supported by a high-performing sales and marketing team.

You will develop strategic plans, lead end-to-end sales cycles, and leverage training resources to advance your career in a fast-moving events business.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in events, conferences or corporate functions.
• Strong relationship-building and client-management skills.
• Proven ability to identify, pursue and close new business opportunities.

Aufgaben

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Tier 1–3 corporate and government clients.
• Develop strategic account plans to drive retention and revenue growth.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Deliver compelling presentations and virtual/in-person tours of Cliftons’ capabilities.
