• Own end-to-end management of complex Accident & Health claims.
• Analyse policy response, medical information and entitlements with clear rationale.
• Assess exposure, set reserves and report significant developments.
• Drive investigations, medical reviews and resolution strategy with advisers and vendors.
• Build trusted customer and broker relationships through professional handling.
• Provide technical leadership through peer review and knowledge sharing.
• Share claim trends with underwriting and operations to drive improvements.
