Job summary

Lachlan Shire Council is offering a full-time position for a Truck Driver Level 2 – Semi Trailer based at our Condobolin Depot. The successful candidate will operate and maintain the prime mover to transport equipment around the shire, as well as perform general labouring duties.

A Heavy Combination Licence and knowledge of truck maintenance are essential. The position includes a salary range of $2,315 to $2,488 per fortnight and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Council's prime mover with low loader or semi trailer.
• Transport plant and equipment around the shire.
• Undertake general labouring and minor plant operation as required.

Skills

Heavy Combination (HC) Licence

Experience & knowledge of truck maintenance

Ability to work well in a team & individually
