Dutton Automotive in Brookvale, NSW, is seeking a dynamic Car Sales Manager to lead our Dutton One site. This role presents an exciting and rare opportunity to work with an exceptional inventory and be part of a rapidly expanding dealer group.

You will adhere to a structured sales process, deliver service that surpasses customer expectations, and embrace a contemporary approach to the industry, driving strong sales performance.

Qualifications

• Previous general, second hand or prestige automotive sales experience.
• Drive to achieve aggressive sales targets via canvassing for new clients and expanding existing client vehicle portfolio
• Proven strong sales track record, meeting and exceeding conversion and sales targets
• Ability to handle customer concerns whilst maintaining an unwavering commitment to business policies
• A customer focused attitude, coupled with the ability to build strong and lasting relationships;
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• The ability to be self-motivated and target driven
• A commitment to total customer satisfaction;
• Impeccable and professional presentation in order to represent the brand

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for adhering to a structured sales process, delivering service that surpasses customer expectations, and embracing a contemporary approach to the industry.

• Previous general, second hand or prestige automotive sales experience. An array of product knowledge across the second hand car sector.
• The drive and hunger to achieve aggressive sales targets via various avenues including canvasing for new clients and expanding existing client vehicle portfolio
