Job summary

CFS is seeking a dedicated team member to join the Employer Plus group within FirstChoice Operations, delivering high-quality support to employers and payroll contacts. You will triage inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and drive improvements in service responsiveness and consistency.

Based in Sydney, this role focuses on efficient, compliant processing and delivering exceptional customer experiences to help clients achieve financial freedom.

Qualifications

• Deliver high-quality, responsive support to employers and payroll contacts across a range of operational and servicing enquiries
• Manage employer enquiries through to resolution with clear ownership, follow-through, and proactive communication
• Triage and coordinate enquiries efficiently across internal teams to minimise delays, hand-offs, and operational friction
• Coordinate across teams to ensure seamless handoffs and minimal friction
• Support employer servicing uplift initiatives focused on improving responsiveness, consistency, and service experience
