Job summary

Comm Unity Plus Services Ltd (operating as commUnity+) seeks a Participant Support Officer to help SEE Program students maximise their learning journey. You will be the first contact for new clients, organise pre-training assessments, and guide learners toward education and employment pathways.

You will leverage your degree and strong ICT and interpersonal skills to support participants, coordinate across services, and ensure smooth program delivery at multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree qualification in educational, vocational, administrative or related field.
• Strong organisational and ICT skills.
• Experience in a similar role, providing support to participants and guiding learning pathways.
• Ability to plan and implement education and employment pathways.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Support SEE Program students to maximise learning experiences.
• Act as first point of contact for new clients and coordinate pre-training assessments.
• Provide students with guidance on learning needs and pathways to education and employment.
