The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in electronic security, valid licences, and strong customer service skills to support a friendly, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years hands-on experience as a security technician in electronic security.
• Experience with commercial access control, IP CCTV, and alarm systems.
• Valid Security Providers Licence, ACMA Cablers Licence, and General Construction Induction Card.
• Strong communication with focus on reliable customer service.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and repairs on commercial electronic security systems.
• Diagnose faults across access control, IP CCTV, intercoms, and alarm installations.
• Work closely with the service manager and clients to deliver practical, long term security solutions.
• Respond to client callouts and provide friendly on site technical support.
• Share industry knowledge with colleagues and support a positive team environment.
• Participate in an easy, well supported 1 in 8 week after hours on call roster.
