Job summary

ABC Alarms Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking an Electronic Security Technician to join our growing team. You will install, service, and maintain electronic security systems across commercial sectors, with emphasis on Integriti and Inception platforms.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in intruder alarms, access control, CCTV, and related technologies, plus a valid Queensland driver’s licence. A strong safety mindset and excellent customer service are essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete documentation, reports, and compliance records accurately.
• Liaise with clients on-site and provide excellent customer service

Electronic Security Technician - Full Time

Australian owned, family operated, and rapidly growing, we specialise in the delivery of high‑quality security solutions across commercial, education and government sectors. Our services include the installation and servicing of Security Alarm Systems, Access Control, Public Address Systems, CCTV, Intercom, and MATV systems. Based in Brisbane, we proudly support a well‑established client base throughout Southeast Queensland.

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Security Technician to join our friendly and professional team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of electronic security systems, with Integriti and Inception experience essential.

Key Responsibilities

Install, program, commission, and service electronic security systems, including intruder alarms, access control, CCTV, PA and intercom systems.

Work with leading platforms such as Integriti, Inception, and other major security technologies

Diagnose faults and perform repairs in a timely and professional manner.

Complete documentation, reports, and compliance records accurately.

Liaise with clients on-site and provide excellent customer service

Adhere to safety, quality, and compliance requirements.

Construction Industry Training Card (White Card)

Open Cabling Licence (ACMA or ASIAL)

Valid Queensland Driver's licence

Current QLD Security Licence or ability to obtain.

Current Working with children Blue Card or ability to obtain.

Proven industry experience as an Electronic Security Technician.

Integriti and Inception experience (mandatory).

Strong technical knowledge of security, access control, and CCTV systems.

Technical and process minded with a keen eye for detail

Great work attitude and excellent interpersonal skills

Willing and able to learn new skills
