Qualifications

• Security licences and state subclass licences required.
• Driver's licence required.
• White Card construction induction.
• Asbestos awareness and safe handling training.
• Proficient in MS Office and project administration.
• Experience in project management with financial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from planning through completion, managing scope, schedules, resources and risks.
• Maintain clear stakeholder communication with customers and project teams.
• Ensure health, safety and quality requirements are met, with proper documentation.
• Monitor project financial performance and contribute to revenue forecasting.
• Plan resources, scheduling, tools and site requirements for timely delivery.
• Identify risks and changes, obtain approvals and re-plan as needed.
• Ensure quality assurance and project closeout, with handover to operations.
• Collaborate with engineering/service teams on installation and test plans.
