Job summary

SEME Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Security Systems Estimator & Account Manager to join our WA team. The role combines technical estimating, solution development and customer relationship management for clients across Western Australia.

You will prepare estimates, proposals and tender submissions, develop security solutions, and manage key accounts. Site inspections, liaising with suppliers and identifying new opportunities are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience within the electronic security industry.
• Exposure to security system estimating, technical sales or account management.
• Strong understanding of access control and CCTV solutions.
• Experience with Gallagher, Milestone, Genetec, Avigilon, Inner Range, ICT or similar platforms.
• Ability to interpret plans, specifications and client requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Western Australian Security Licence

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates, proposals and tender submissions for electronic security projects.
• Develop security solutions incorporating access control, CCTV, intercom, perimeter detection and associated systems.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
• Conduct site inspections and scope development.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and internal delivery teams.
• Identify new opportunities within existing customer networks.
• Support projects throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle.
