We are seeking an experienced Security Service Technician to join our Sydney Service Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a security professional who enjoys a variety of work, strong customer relationships, and hands‑on technical problem‑solving. You'll work across a portfolio of commercial customers, servicing and maintaining advanced security systems while also managing small to medium upgrades and fit‑out projects.

As a Security Service Technician, you will:
Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair security systems across customer sites
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and system inspections
Deliver small to medium security upgrades and fit‑out projects
Commission newly installed security systems
Prepare quotations for repair works and recommended upgrades
Build strong relationships with customers and provide expert technical support
Coordinate with subcontractors and internal project teams to ensure successful project delivery
Support the wider Projects Team across new and existing customer sites
Security platforms including:

C•CURE
Lenel
Concept
Tecom
Gallagher
CCTV and video management systems including:
Genetec
Milestone
Aimetis
Victor
ExacqVision
NVRs, DVRs and network‑based security infrastructure
Experience or certifications in Gallagher, C•CURE or Integrity are highly regarded but not essential.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar security technician role
Strong troubleshooting and fault‑finding experience
Sound networking, systems and PC knowledge
Experience installing, servicing and commissioning electronic security systems
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Current Cabling Registration
