  • Experience managing Electronic Security and Access Control (EACS) projects.
  • Knowledge of integrated security solutions including access control, intrusion, CCTV.
  • Experience in commercial or critical infrastructure environments.
  • Understanding of IT networking and hardware configuration.
  • Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of security projects, providing leadership from project initiation through to successful completion. Working closely with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders, you'll drive project performance while maintaining exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.

About You

We're seeking a motivated and results‑driven project professional with a strong background in electronic security systems and a passion for delivering successful customer outcomes.

Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing Electronic Security and Access Control (EACS) projects.
  • Strong knowledge of integrated security solutions, including access control, intrusion detection, CCTV, and associated technologies.
  • Experience working within commercial, critical infrastructure, or enterprise security environments.
  • Solid understanding of IT networking, network communications, and hardware configuration.
  • Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
  • Electrical trade qualification highly regarded.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and client‑facing skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and project financial management experience.
  • Current NV1 Security Clearance (or ability to obtain) highly desirable.
  • Commitment to safety leadership and continuous improvement.
