About the Role

Due to continued growth across the region, we are seeking a Fire Technician to join our team, with the position able to be based in either in Port Macquarie or Coffs Harbour.

This is a hands‑on role responsible for the inspection, servicing, maintenance, fault‑finding, repair, and installation of a wide range of fire protection systems and equipment. You’ll work with a diverse customer base, ensuring fire systems remain compliant, operational, and ready when it matters most.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect customer sites and identify fire protection requirements.

  • Service, maintain, and repair fire protection and life safety systems.

  • Conduct preventative maintenance in accordance with Australian Standards.

  • Complete installations, upgrades, and minor project works.

  • Diagnose faults and perform corrective maintenance activities.

  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company and regulatory requirements.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service delivery.
