Job summary

Wilson Security is expanding its team in the ACT and seeks motivated personnel to support security operations across multiple sites. The role requires proactive customer service, monitoring CCTV/Access Control, and responding to incidents with professionalism.

Ideal candidates will be able to work in a rotating roster, possess First Aid/CPR certification, and demonstrate the ability to write concise security reports. Training and career development are provided by a team of experienced managers.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated strong customer service that supports visitors, contractors, and clients.
• Proactive approach to identifying and solving security-related issues.
• Ability to adapt to rotating day/night/weekend shifts.
• Experience with security systems including CCTV and access control is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to visitors, contractors and clients.
• Monitor CCTV and Access Control systems to detect and report security risks.
• Conduct building patrols and report hazards or faults for rectification.
• Support tenants and facilities with security and safety needs.
• Coordinate with contractors and manage deliveries through dock processes.
• Respond to emergency situations with clear, decisive actions.
