Job summary

Bidvest Noonan invites applications for a Security Support Officer at our Head Office in New South Wales. The role focuses on safeguarding client premises, patrolling on and off site, and responding to incidents with a professional service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce the client’s security vision and ensure premises safety.
• Carry out patrols on site and permit only authorised personnel.
• Operate CCTV cameras to identify suspicious activity and capture footage.
• Report security occurrences or system failures to Line Management.
• Comply with SIA, company and client procedures and protocols.
• Contribute to achieving strategic and operational targets and business aims.
• Provide a professional service to ensure total customer satisfaction.
• Provide First Aid as needed and participate in ongoing training.

An exciting opportunity to work alongside one of our most prestigious clients has arisen, Bidvest Noonan are seeking to hire a Security Support Officer to work in our clients Head Office.

This role would suit someone who is committed to providing impeccable customer service, organised, energetic and someone who always goes above and beyond within their role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing security to our client’s premises ensuring full protection to the site along with other security elements.

Responsibilities:

• Reinforce our vision to always be our clients "partner of choice";
• Ensureclient premises and surrounding area is safe and secure by carrying out patrols internally and externally on site and permitting only authorised personnel;
• Proactivelyoperate CCTV cameras to identify suspicious activity and capturing footage of an evidential nature if required;
• Advise Line Management of any security occurrence or system failure and identify and report any situation of potential risk or concern
• Comply with SIA, Company and client operating procedures, working practices and protocols;
• Actively contribute towards the achievement of our strategic and operational targets and overall business aims.
• To provide a professional service and ensure total customer satisfaction
• First Aid response
• Full training will be given to the successful candidate
